Dave Hansen was born in the base hospital at the West Point Military Academy
in New York, and volunteered for the Marines in 1975. He spent four years in Marine Aviation as a jet mechanic, almost two of those years as a if the famous Blacksheep Squadron, VMA-214. For the last six years, as a
member of Rolling Thunder Chapter 3 NY, he's been assisting veterans of all branches of service, and developing his DJing skills while helping with entertainment events for the residents of his local VA hospitals. This year, he's had the priviledge and the honor of riding the 'Marine Tribute
Bike', along with more than 200,000 other motorcycles, through the streets of Washington, DC, during the annual Rolling Thunder 'Ride For Freedom' on
the Sunday before Memorial Day. He's eagerly anticipating being a part of this year's convention, and he's looking forward to helping make Saturday's banquet a fun and successful evening!
